As a behavioural scientist, she has extensive experience in understanding human behaviour and turning behavioural science into something useful for policy and practice, across a wide range of contexts, working with government agencies, organisations and partner networks. Broadview Behaviour is where her knowledge and experience come together to approach behavioural questions from more than one angle, keep the bigger picture firmly in view, and connect the dots between people, systems and the contexts that shape what they do.
Her interest in human behaviour extends to what she reads, thinks and writes about: why people do what they do, not necessarily to work out how behaviour should be changed, but to understand how something that first seems irrational or contradictory can make perfect sense once you widen the frame.

At other times, the real issue lies within an organisation, between partners, or in the way different perspectives interact. When things get stuck, Broadview Behaviour looks for what is actually holding them there, which patterns keep repeating, and where there might be room to get things moving again.
Of course, understanding is only useful if it helps move things forward. The aim is to turn insight into options that policy and practice can actually work with.
